Social Media Management
Build community. Drive sales.
A consistent social presence that builds real community, brand loyalty, and measurable revenue.
Social media builds the familiarity that makes every other channel cheaper. People who already recognize a brand click its ads more often, convert at a higher rate, and search for it by name. That last effect matters more than it sounds, because branded search is the cheapest and highest converting traffic any business gets.
Which platforms should we be on?
Fewer than you think. Being genuinely good on two platforms beats being mediocre on five, because every platform rewards consistency and punishes gaps. The choice follows your buyers and your format: Instagram and TikTok for visual and lifestyle products, LinkedIn for considered B2B purchases, Facebook for local services and older demographics, YouTube where the product needs demonstration. We would rather cut a platform than let it go quiet.
How do you measure social if it does not drive direct sales?
Three layers. Direct conversions from social traffic, which are usually modest and should not be the headline number. Assisted conversions, where social appears somewhere in the path before a purchase. And branded search volume, which tends to rise a few months into consistent social activity and is the clearest sign the work is building recognition. We report all three so the channel is judged on what it actually does.
How much video do we need?
Short form video now carries most organic reach on every major platform, so the honest answer is most of it. That does not mean expensive production. Founder to camera clips, process footage, and customer questions answered plainly outperform polished brand films in nearly every category we work in. We script and edit a mix, but the volume comes from formats you can shoot on a phone quickly and repeatedly, which is deliberate: it keeps the channel fed without a production budget.
Who talks to our audience?
A named community manager on our side handles daily replies, comments, and direct messages, working from a response guide we build with you covering tone, escalation, and anything that needs to reach you directly. Response time is tracked, because a question answered within the hour converts noticeably better than the same answer given two days later.
Everything in the Social Media package.
What US clients say.
“Wigital took our online store from 180,000 a month to just over 1.4 million in under a year. The SEO and content working together is what did it, not one or the other.”
“Our cost per lead on Google Ads dropped 60 percent while volume tripled. They found budget being wasted on searches we could never win and moved it somewhere useful.”
“The site they built is genuinely fast and it converts. Bounce rate fell 40 percent and sales were up 180 percent in the first quarter after launch.”
